After gaining experience in a renowned restaurant and learning diverse culinary techniques, I stood out perfecting the preparation of the world-renowned Paella Valenciana. My passion is to transmit the authentic recipe for Paella Valenciana so that it lasts over time.

Together with my team, more than 2,500 people and 250 companies learn and enjoy every year in Cocinea by trying out different cooking activities with great success.
